At “Starwing’’, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!  

“Return Eligibility”- Items can be returned within “7 days”of delivery.  

- Products must be “unused, unworn, and in their original packaging” with all tags attached.  

- Certain items, such as”[non-returnable items like perishable goods, personalized products, or hygiene-related items]”, cannot be returned.  

 2) “How to Initiate a Return”

1. “Request a Return”– Contact our support team at “infostarwinginfo@gmail.com” with your order details.  

2. “Receive Return Instructions” – We will provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to send your item back.  

3. “Ship the Item” – Pack the item securely and send it back within the specified time frame.  


3) “Refund Process”

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.  

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within “10days”.  

- Shipping costs are “non-refundable” unless the return is due to an error on our part.  


4)  “Exchanges”

- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.  

- For exchanges, please specify the new item you’d like in your return request.  

5)  “Late or Missing Refunds”

If you haven’t received your refund yet:  

1. Check your bank account or payment method.  

2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
